What does flexible living mean?

Flexible living means you can stay as long as you want from when you want - a day, a month, a quarter, or an entire year.

How do I book a SignatureStays on the website?

You can select the city, neighbourhood, check in and check out dates and number of people to see the available apartments, or you can browse all our homes on the “Our Properties” section.

If I click 'Book now' on a property, is my booking confirmed?

No, your booking will be confirmed only after the payment is processed on the following page. You will also receive a confirmation email from us with the booking details.

When and how do I pay?

You pay only when you insert your card details and click on “Confirm Reservation”. Your details are processed through a secure online platform, powered by Stripe. On the website we accept Visa and Mastercard, please reach out to us if you need to book with American Express or other payment methods.

What are the different fees?

We charge the following fees: Accommodation fees, Cleaning fees, VAT and Tourism tax - as charged by the Dubai Tourism Board. You will see a breakdown of this before making your payment. You will also be charged a fully-refundable security deposit. Transparency in pricing and our customer service is a core value for SignatureStays.

Can I arrange a viewing before booking the property?

Yes! Please reach out to us via the chat icon and we can arrange a viewing for you. We can also share a video of the property with you if you are not available in person or in the country.

What cleaning process does SignatureStays follow for Covid precautions?

We work with the best professional cleaners to not only clean and maintain, but also thoroughly sanitize and disinfect your space before you arrive. We have taken every precaution available to safeguard against the spread of Covid-19, and follow government protocol.

How does SignatureStays provide a seamless check in and check out experience?

We use technology to provide you with a smooth and contactless check in and check out experience on your own terms. All of our properties are enabled with smart locks to ensure a safe and contactless experience.

How can I place a special request before my arrival (early check in, luggage storage etc)?

You can write to us on our email or send us a message on WhatsApp to place any special request. We will try our best to accommodate your needs as best as we can.

How safe is a SignatureStays apartment?

SignatureStays properties are fully secure. All our properties are located in the highest-quality residential buildings of Dubai, with 24/7 security, front-desk reception and security cameras in common areas. Our portfolio incorporates buildings with the highest standards of fire, security, and safety protection.

Do you provide luggage storage?

We do provide luggage storage in some of our buildings. Please reach out to us to check if your SignatureStays has luggage storage.

Do you provide free parking?

We provide free parking in most of our buildings. If you have a car, please reach out to us to confirm the details of your parking spot.

What do you mean by fully-equipped kitchen?

SignatureStays kitchens are fully-equipped. This means that the kitchen comes with all utensils, dinnerware, cookware, stovetops, microwave, coffee machine and several additional complementary items for your stay.

How can I extend my stay?

You can extend directly through our website or you can reach out to our 24/7 concierge through WhatsApp anytime of the day or night throughout your stay, at least 2 days prior to your checkout. We can either extend your stay in the same SignatureStays unit or see if any other SignatureStays property is available.

Does my stay include cleaning?

We conduct intensive professional cleaning and sanitization before your arrival to prepare the unit for you. Our cleaning partners are trained according to international standards and undertake a thorough clean and sanitization of the unit. If you require cleaning during your stay, we will be happy to provide you with it at a nominal cost. Reach out to our team on WhatsApp to book it.

How do I order food or deliveries in my SignatureStays?

Just like you do at home! You can order meals from your favourite food-delivery app and e-commerce websites and enter your SignatureStays unit as the delivery address.

How do I request late check out or an early check in?

You can reach out to our 24/7 concierge through WhatsApp anytime before or during your stay to request early check in or late check out. We will try our best to accommodate your request, depending on availability. We also provide luggage storage space in most of our units.
